How do I place an order on the Basics&More Webshop?
Step 1: Choose the item(s) you like
Step 2: Place the item(s) in your shopping basket in the right color and size
Step 3: Log into your account, make a new account or make an order as a guest
Step 4: Would you like to keep up with the latest news and promotions? Sign up for our newsletter
Step 5: Choose how you would like to have your order delivered: at home or at a different address.
Step 6: Choose which payment method you would like to use: CreditCard or Bank Transfer
Step 7: If you have a personal discount code, do not forget to use the code in your checkout. This is possible from step 2 to step 7
Step 8: Check all your personal details, agree with the general conditions and choose ‘Complete Order’. You are now automatically being redirected to the payment page of the provider you have chosen.
Step 9: You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We shall pack and send your order as soon as possible
Step 10: When we hand in your parcel to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation per e-mail with track and trace code
A product or size is no longer available. What can I do now?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your preferred size or color is no longer in stock. We cannot see when we will receive products back in stock. However, we can see which products are similar, so we can easily make recommendations or suggestions. So should you have any questions about our stock, do not hesitate to contact us via our mail [email protected] . We shall see what we can do for you and figure out the best solution possible.
What happens after I have placed my order?
When we have received your order and payment, we shall do our best to pack your parcel as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation via mail. When your parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to our carrier UPS, you will receive a mail with a track and trace code. If anything goes wrong while ordering your item(s), please contact us through our customer service: [email protected] .
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by UPS at the address you have filled in during your check out. It is also possible to get your parcel delivered to an UPS Service point or Mailbox. When your parcel is handed over to our courier UPS, you will receive a track and trace code, with which you can follow your parcel during the shipment process.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, this is possible. When UPS receives your parcel, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk mail. If the e-mail is not in here as well, please contact us through our customer service: [email protected] or contact UPS.
What if I am not at home when UPS wants to deliver my package?
When you are not at home at the moment of delivery, UPS will try to redeliver the package the next day. You will receive an e-mail when there has been an unsuccessful delivery. In this e-mail, you can make a new appointment or change the delivery address.
Why have I not received an order confirmation per mail?
Please check your spam/junk mail to be sure you have not received the confirmation mail of your order. It might be possible that it ended up in this inbox. If not, please contact us through our customer service: [email protected] .
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Canceling your order is possible, but only until the moment, you receive your shipping confirmation. Once you have received the e-mail of your shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel your order, because the package is already handed over to UPS. If you wish to cancel your parcel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible: [email protected] .
If in the case the order is already on its way, you have the option to send the parcel back to us. You have 30 days to do so.
What are the delivery methods of Basics&More ?
We offer the following delivery methods:
- UPS delivery at home
- Pick-up your order at an UPS Service point within 7 days
- Pick-up your delivery at an UPS Mailbox
You can choose one of these options during check-out.
Can I choose at which time I would like to have my order delivered?
Yes, during the check-out you can choose the delivery time of your order. You can choose between delivery during the day or evening delivery.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. During check-out, you can choose for ‘have my order delivered at a different address’. If the parcel is already on its way to you, you can change the preferred address by clicking on the link in the e-mail you have received from UPS.
How do I use my discount code/newsletter code?
During check-out, you can process the discount code by placing the code in the box that says: ‘fill in your discount code’. The discount will automatically be settled with your order. If you are having any difficulties with processing the discount code, please contact us through our customer service: [email protected]. As soon as you have placed your order, and you did not fill in your discount code, we cannot help you anymore. We cannot settle the discount code afterward.
I have forgotten to use my discount code on my order, what should I do now?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle the discount code after you have processed your order. You can use the discount code on your next order.
I have entered the wrong address. What should I do now?
As long as you have not received the shipping confirmation, we can change your preferred address. Please, contact us as soon as possible through our customer service: [email protected] . If your parcel has already left our warehouse, you have received an e-mail from UPS with a track and trace code. In this e-mail, there are instructions about how you can change the address.
